Herbs Reduce the Need for Sugar

Herbs can reduce the need for sugar in cooking. Try stevia, lemon balm, sweet cicely, and angelica. Plant herbs in your windowsill or garden. Stevia is 3x as sweet as sugar. Replace half of the sugar in your recipe with 1/3 stevia. Delicious and nutritious.
